Get Closer to Wildlife on A Grand Day Out

Cotswold Wildlife Park

We had a cracking day out here!

It’s fantastic for walks and dogs are allowed in on leads. We loved watching the Rhinos and Zebras while we had a great picnic with cheese sandwiches in front of the Manor house.

With over 260 different animal species to spot it was tricky which to see first..!

The Giraffes were perchance my favourite as we got to see them close up and one of them stuck his tongue out at us.

We were suspicious of the Penguins, and but we wanted to join the Sloth in the Tropical house for a snooze.

Oh those cheeky Meerkats, don’t you just love ‘em, and the Lemur walkthrough was spiffing, seeing those leaping lemurs up close.

We had a marvellous time on the Train around the Park and on the adventure playground. Geronimooo! The tree house slide was super!

We took a nice walk in the walled garden and the cactus beds and exotic plants made me feel like I was on holiday!

If this Wildlife Park was a cheese it would be a mature cheddar. Open daily from 10am!

The Park is open daily from 10am, with the exception of Christmas Day.
